Dr. Douglas Chin, M.D.

A graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Medical School, Dr. Douglas Chin received his general surgery training at New York University and his plastic surgery training at the internationally renowned NYU Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in Manhattan. He then received fellowship training in microsurgery and orthopedic upper extremity reconstruction at the Center for Health Sciences at UCLA.

Dr. Chin is a former Clinical Instructor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Chin has authored over 50 scientific publications and lectures. In 2001, Dr. Chin helped found Bay Area MedAesthetics, a comprehensive multidisciplinary aesthetic care center for plastic surgery , cosmetic dermatology, and photorejuvenation.

Dr. Chin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
