Prior to establishing his medical practice in Charleston, Dr. Portillo worked in Lake Forest and Chicago, Illinois, and Washington, D.C.  Using his knowledge acquired from years of practice, he will discuss the procedure in which you are interested, and make recommendations based on the results you want to achieve.
